She has worked with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan – with expectant parents, adolescents, and adults. During her 12 years of clinical experience, she had been described as a ‘soft landing place,’ by her clients. Jasmine has worked in a variety of settings, including mental health, hospice, crisis, outreach, and teaching positions. She utilizes learning from all her previous positions and is a well-rounded therapist.

Jasmine is passionate about working with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, suicidal ideation, self-injury, self-compassion, body image challenges and life transitions.

Jasmine uses a combination of approaches in therapy, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and the Gottman Couples Method. Dr. Carleigh Sturge grew up on the Eastern coast of Newfoundland and has enjoyed playing in Calgary since 2018 with her partner, dog, and twin toddlers.

While studying Kinesiology at Western University, Carleigh’s curiosity for how the body operates was sparked. The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine provided the support and tools to combine wellness of the spirit with the science of the body to create a balanced approach to care.

Carleigh stands by food as medicine (Family Supper 101) and starting with the basics to identify root causes. She believes in empowered and inclusive health care, and that an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure.

After Renae completed her Master of Physical Therapy in 2009, she worked as an orthopaedic physiotherapist for several years before discovering her passion for pelvic health following the birth of her first child in 2013. She has since completed specialized training in the field of pelvic health and continues to seek new learning opportunities in this area of practice.
