Our indoor classes take place in the beautiful and spacious Dance Studio within the Fitness Center.

Lucy is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant who specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum Nutrition. As a new mom and
self proclaimed ‘nutrition nerd’ Lucy discovered her passion for pregnancy focused holistic nutrition when she found there
was a gap in the space during her own pregnancy. She focuses on educating mama’s on the best ways to nourish their
bodies using a holistic approach that factors in not only the diet, but movement, toxin exposure, digestive habits, sleep
health, and the mind body connection.
Lucy will be hosting a series of virtual workshops through Moss Postpartum House with topics ranging from Preconception
